Recent statistics by NASA suggest that ten minutes of trampolining burns more calories than thirty minutes of running. Now, I can’t speak for everyone, but I definitely know which one I’d prefer!
The craze has seen more people than ever participating in trampoline based fitness classes, buying trampolines and regularly going to trampoline parks in attempt to burn more calories.
I visited Jumptastic trampoline park in Gloucester, where I could see for myself just how busy the sport is, with not only children and toddlers enjoying the park, but teenagers and adults giving it a go.
Andy Bunn, General Manager spoke to me about how trampolining has become so popular. Watch below to see what he said.
