An application has been proposed to Cheltenham Borough Council to turn ‘V’ club into flats.
The site on Albion Street in the town centre is currently vacant.
The application has been submitted by Merritts Properties Ltd and they hope to convert the building into 14 new flats, with six parking spaces.
The application says “the site is currently vacant, but was last used as a nightclub. Although Time nightclub was a success, since its closure, the subsequent rebrands have not worked such that the premises have been closed for the majority of at least the last 10 years.”
