Usual congestion in trouble areas this morning and heavy traffic on the B4063 near the Cheltenham Regency Hotel which is expected to clear by around 9.20.

We’re off to a cloudy start here in Cheltenham, with temperatures of 7 or 8 degrees. The day should be mainly dry and bright with light winds and some sunny spells, and temperatures reaching highs of 10 degrees.
