BUSINESS CHELTENHAM 2020 ENTERTAINMENT NEWS UNLOCKED

Escape Hunt opening next week in Cheltenham Brewery Quarter

Escape Hunt will be opening on the 4th December, with four escape rooms to choose from.

The highly anticipated attraction is open for bookings now, for up to 6 people at a time.

Head of PR for the Brewery Quarter Demelza Coleman spoke about its opening:

“It’s had huge excitement from the public, and we’re really happy that it will be able to open on the 4th, as some venues have faced setbacks.

In a way, it has lended itself to the Covid times as the rooms only hold 6, so we’re ensuring that only household bubbles can use them, and they will be safely cleaned after each visit.”

The Brewery Quarter have had problems with some venues this year, with ‘Cineworld’ closing indefinitely, as well as the opening of popular Cornish food chain ‘Hubbox’ having been delayed.

“This was another thing that has been lucky for Escape Hunt, that they have been able to continue construction through lockdown. There has been no real concerns or worries, everyone just seems very excited.”

The venue will offer four different escape rooms: Alice in Puzzleland, Aladdin, Our Finest Hour, and A Dalek Awakens, as well as a virtual reality room.

They’re currently running a prize draw for one group to win entry on the opening weekend:
