Flexible workspace company Clockwise are opening their new Cheltenham site this month. The offices will include dog-friendly offices, a licensed bar, breakout areas and soundproofed booths on every floor, showers and a roof terrace with impressive views across town.

While most companies have struggled with the impact of Covid-19, Clockwise are undergoing major expansion to prepare for high demand in a new way of working.

The flexible-office provider are set to launch a new site in Cheltenham at Fountain House, which will offer 415 desks and 27,940 square feet of space.

Investment has been approved following ‘five senior hires’, which sees the company set to profit from post-lockdown changes in working environments. The opening will follow the trend in shift from traditional office set ups to flexible work spaces.

Started in 2017, they already have sites in Liverpool, Northern Ireland and Scotland, and are planning on launching in Cardiff, Manchester and London by the end of the year.

The company’s aims for 2021 include expansion across the UK and into Europe, with 14 sites projected. This will take their portfolio to over half a million square feet with 7500 desks.

Club Memberships start from £150 a month, with a £450 monthly upgrade plan available to offer a fully serviced office and 24/7 access.

The ambitious company’s site is a huge boost for Cheltenham and local business.
